Founder & Managing Director

Avinash Yadav is an instrumentation Engineer from Mumbai University. His 20+ years of experience is in the field of Pharmaceutical water, process, Instrumentation & automation. He has worked with Pioneers like the “Christ” group on various national & international assignments. He has carried out FAT’s, executed & commissioned 200+ projects worldwide (Europe, South East Asian countries, African continent & Middle East countries). During his Tenure with Christ group, he has been one of the single point contacts & the prime lead engineer for Technology Transfer to India.

Ashish R. Davale

Business Unit Head, Industrial & Pharmaceutical Water

Ashish Davale is a chemical engineer with a specialization in water quality management with 20+ years of experience. He has been an integral part of various projects for industrial and pharmaceutical water treatment systems. His many projects are installed successfully across India and globally. He is highly expertise in the field of process engineering, design, execution of Reverse osmosis systems, ultra filtration, and zero liquid discharge systems. He is heading the business unit for Industrial water products.

Shwetan Kulkarni

Business Unit Head, Wastewater

Shwetan Kulkarni has experience of over 18 years in the water and wastewater field for treatment system design, execution, and commissioning. He has worked on more than 175 projects in India and worldwide. He executed global projects in the countries Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and the Philippines during his association with reputed organizations. He holds a Master's degree in Environmental science and pollution control technology. He also has certification in Industrial safety. He is working as Business Head for the wastewater division.

Rakesh Sharma

Project Execution & Validation Head, North Region

He is a Microbiologist by Profession with more than two decades of experience in Biopharmaceutical and Pharmaceutical product manufacturing. He is highly experienced and has great exposure with respect to the compliance to USFDA, EU, PIC/s, ANVISA, WHO Geneva, KFDA regulatory requirements for manufacturing facilities and critical utilities. He has expertise in project qualification, and validation of critical utilities viz. Purified Water, WFI and Pure Steam Generation and Distribution Systems, in line with the compendial and cGMP requirements. He has conducted FAT testing on equipment/systems pertaining to critical utilities internationally.
